Personalized Itinerary for Switzerland

Overwhelmed planning your Swiss trip? Let me help by creating a day-by-day itinerary that matches your trip wishes and organizes your travel into a logical flow.

I’ve created itineraries for over 300 happy travelers including families of all ages, adventure seekers, retired couples, and solo travelers.

How we work together

The typical travel consultation goes like this:

1. Book personalized itinerary

Pay the personalized itinerary service via Rexby and complete a survey about your trip wishes. Optionally add a video call to discuss the trip before I create the itinerary.

2. Video call (optional)

If you booked the video call, we discuss your trip and I walk you through suggested destinations, activities and flow for the trip.

3. Deliver personalized itinerary

Using the info from the survey (and video call), I create a personalized day by day itinerary for your trip. This includes step-by-step instructions for the suggested activities and hikes. I also include suggestions on where to stay.

4. Follow up via email

You review the itinerary and ask questions via email. The service includes one round of adjustments based on your feedback. If you need more help, you can book more of my time as needed.

What you get

You get a personalized itinerary that includes step-by-step instructions for each day, as well as hotel and restaurant suggestions.

The itinerary is delivered via the Rexby app, which includes an interactive map and mobile app for offline access.

In addition, I send you a document with a trip summary, maps and overview for each day.

What our customers say...

Do you need a video call?

Most of my customers prefer to start with a video call. It’s an easy way to explain your trip wishes and ask questions.

On the call, I can walk you through activities, hikes, and train journeys so you feel more comfortable when traveling.

If you don’t book a call, I’ll send you a longer questionnaire so I better understand what you want from your trip.

You can also book just the call without the personalized itinerary.
